The Bermuda Golf Association (BGA) is the National Sport Governing Body (NSGB) for the sport of golf in Bermuda. Coaching Development: We recognize the pivotal role that coaches play in nurturing talent and fostering a love for the game and the importance to align coaching development pathways with our player development pathways. Through strategic partnerships and continued dialogue with the Bermuda Professional Golfers' Association (BPGA), we will highlight and invest in the development and education of local coaches, to ensure the skills, knowledge, and resources are available on island to inspire the next generation of golfers. By aligning coaching excellence with our athlete development plan, we aim to provide our members and players with the support they need to reach their full potential.
Junior and Athlete Development: The Bermuda Golf Junior Program is committed to providing young golfers with the tools, resources, and support they need to thrive in the sport and the game of life. By integrating grassroots development, Operation 36 methodology, collegiate player pathways, and LTAD best practices, we will offer a comprehensive framework that fosters skill development, personal growth, and a lifelong love for golf.
