Bart Captures BGA May Monthly Medal Title

Johnny Bart is the BGA May Monthly Medal Champion.  Bart turned in an impressive -3 under par 68 on some challenging greens to capture the top spot on the leaderboard in the Men’s Championship Division (1st Flight).  Jarryd Dillas also finished under par with a -1 under par 70 to secure the runners-up spot. Mikus Ming rounded out the top 3 with an even par 70.  Great to see some really competitive scores at the top of the leaderboard.

In the Men’s Division (2nd Flight), Filip Nygren finished on top the leaderboard with Nathan Clarke securing 2nd and Delton White, playing in his first BGA tournament, rounding out the top three spots.

Mark Ray once again displayed his consistency as he led the Senior Men’s Division with a +4 over par 75.  Shawn Knight, who returned to tournament golf after a long absence, took the 2nd spot on retrogression over Kyle Lightbourne.

Darina Betschart continued her good form as she took top honors in the Ladies Championship Division.  Visiting Alexandra Shaul finished second with Simona Terceira rounding out the podium in third.
