Betschart, West & James Receive Sports Awards
The Department of Sport & Recreation held their 43rd Annual Sports Awards on Sunday, 23rd March at the Hamilton Princess. Oliver Betschart was awarded a Junior Achievement Award and was a nominee for the Junior Male Athlete of the Year Award. Oliver’s dad Marcus received the award on his behalf as Oliver is in Texas training and playing in various tournaments.
Eric West and Jonathan James received a Special Recognition Award for their winning performance in the Mid-Amateur Division at the Caribbean Four-Ball Championships held last November in Trinidad & Tobago.
