Palanyandi, Nash and O’Brien are BGA March Monthly Medal Winners
The wind laid down a bit and the sun shone through for a wonderful day of golf. Under some tricky green conditions, Damian Palanyandi posted the low score of the day with a 5 over par 75 to capture the Men’s 1st Flight Division. Jonathan James finished second, one stroke back on 76. In the Ladies Division, the scores were repeated as Tracy Nash turned in a solid round as she posted a 5 over par 75 to secure the top spot. Tracy Burgess finish second with a 6 over par 76.
In the Men’s 2nd Flight Division, Junior golfer Isaiah O’Brien finished on top with an 86. Isaac Davis secured the 2nd spot with a score of 90. In the Junior Division, Hugo Adams made a successful return as he amassed 59 points in the Stableford formant to finish on top of the leaderboard. Damian Moniz took second place honors with 47 points.
